At Restored Hope Zambia, we believe every survivor of church-related abuse deserves safety, healing and justice. We’re looking for a compassionate, proactive leader to help shape the next chapter of our work. As Operations and Development Lead, you’ll guide a small, dedicated team; strengthen survivor-centred, trauma-informed programmes; and help us grow sustainably in line with our Christian values and vision.
About the Role

You will be responsible for developing HR policies, coordinating training and pastoral support, and addressing HR matters with wisdom and integrity.
Programme Oversight & Delivery (15%): Oversee the design and delivery of survivor support, legal reform, and community engagement projects. You will ensure robust monitoring and evaluation and build partnerships through memoranda of understanding (MOUs).
Fundraising & Financial Oversight (25%): Develop and implement fundraising strategies and manage grant applications. You will oversee budgets in collaboration with the Treasurer, ensuring good donor stewardship and financial integrity.
Marketing, Media & Public Engagement (10%): Oversee RHZ’s public image and communications across media channels. You will represent the organisation in interviews and ensure website/social media content reflects our mission.
Safeguarding & Risk Management (10%): Uphold RHZ’s safeguarding commitments and ensure all staff and volunteers are properly trained. You will lead the response to any safeguarding concerns and liaise with law enforcement and partners as needed.
