Our Board Members

Inonge Siluka

Founder & Director

Inonge is originally from Zambia and now lives in Scotland where she works for a cancer charity. She studied Law at university after which she did some theology training and lay ministry. For eight years, she has worked and volunteered in the charity sector, both in secular and Christian contexts, and is passionate about advocacy. She enjoys serving in ministry alongside her day-to-day work. She has previously served as a women’s football chaplain and mentored women in public evangelism. Inonge currently serves in youth ministry in her local Church in Glasgow.

Linda Malukutu Simbeye

BOARD MEMBER

Linda holds a degree in Public health and has previously worked in the Charity sector for several years in various roles including research, community engagement, training and capacity building. She is passionate about championing the rights of women and girls, fighting gender based violence and raising awareness of mental health. Linda lives in Ndola, Zambia with her family and serves in the women’s ministry of her Church alongside other ministries to vulnerable children and orphans. She is currently pursuing her masters in Public Health.

Musunga Mwansa

Treasurer

Musunga currently lives in Mongu, Zambia where he works as an Administrative Assistant for a local institution. He graduated from university with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He has previously worked as an accountant for a Christian organisation and also in management. He is passionate about advocating for the most vulnerable in society, and also has a heart for cultural apologetics and helping Christians engage with cultural issues with a Christian worldview. As Treasurer, Musunga is responsible for general financial oversight, planning and reporting.

Ireen Kabuba

BOARD MEMBER

Ireen currently lives in Lusaka, Zambia where she works as a part-time lecturer in Sociology, Communication and Study Skills. She studied Social Work at the University of Zambia, and has also previously done training in Psycho-social Counselling. She worked for several years in communications, community mobilisation as well as advocacy. She serves in her church in the children’s ministry as well as the women’s ministry where she is part of a team that supports women who are going through difficult situations.

Dr Jonathan Hannay

INTERIM CHAIR

Jonathan is a consultant surgeon in general surgery and cancer surgery in central London. Originally from Scotland, he studied medicine in Glasgow before moving to the USA to carry out cancer research for several years. Jonathan has been involved in church engagement with local churches wherever he has lived. Alongside this educational work, he has helped support mission hospitals in Sub-Saharan Africa and Zambia in particular. His annual visits to Zambia involve preaching and teaching at churches on invitation, and providing medical support to mission hospitals in rural areas.

Dr Precious Osadolor

Board Member

Precious is originally from Nigeria and grew up in Scotland where she now lives with her husband. She is a doctor working in the community as well as a local hospital. Outside of this, she loves tutoring medical students in a volunteer role as a medical student link for Christian Medical Fellowship. Precious is passionate about people and is keen to serve others. She has previously served as a leader in the welcoming and stewarding team at her local church.

Chabu Mulundu

SECRETARY

Chabu is a Talent Management and Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience recruiting across the African continent. She holds a BA in Education and is currently pursuing her MBA in Human Resource Management. Chabu currently works as Recruiter-Southern Africa for an International Non-Governmental Organisation. Outside of work, she is passionate about public speaking, advancing leadership opportunities for women and caring for the vulnerable and serves in various committee and executive roles in this area. Chabu lives in Lusaka where she also serves as a Treasurer for the Hospitality Ministry at her Church. 

Advisory Board

Lois Chisompola Sikwenda

Lois lives in Lusaka, Zambia where she works as a Senior Research Advocate, a District Registrar and co-ordinates mediation programs at the Judiciary of Zambia. She also holds a Master of Laws degree in Dispute Resolution. She specialises in Family Law, Constitutional Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution and provides pro bono legal advice to vulnerable women in her free time. Lois is passionate about families and young people and making her home a place of ministry alongside raising her children with her husband. She is passionate about justice both from a legal and biblical perspective.

Joe Simfukwe

Joe lives in Ndola, Zambia where he is involved in counselling in a wider context as well as bible teaching in his local church and beyond. He completed his primary school education in Zambia before moving to Scotland where he completed his Science degree. He went on to complete degrees in Theology and Counselling in London and Sydney respectively, after which he was involved in full time Pastoral ministry in England, Zambia and Australia for 17 years. He has been counselling for 38 years and is passionate about equipping the Church to care well for people. In addition to his lay ministry and counselling, he also provides support to a local domestic violence organisation by training Clergy.

Dr Princess Matapo

Princess lives in Mbereshi, Zambia where she is a doctor and currently works as a Senior Resident Medical Officer (SRMO) for a mission Hospital. She is a passionate gender justice activist and is a member of the Thursdays in Black Campaign of the World Council of Churches, a movement which calls for a world without rape and violence. Princess has frontline experience of dealing with victims of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) through community engagement work – especially in rural areas – and dealing with SGBV screening as a clinician.

Daliso Banda

Finance & PayRoll Officer

Daliso lives in Lusaka and holds a diploma in accounting. His career includes a wide range of accounting experience and responsibilities including work with faith based institutions. Since 2015, he has served as assistant accountant at a small company and at a medium sized Church in Lusaka and as an accountant at a Christian University. He is currently doing freelance work and is currently pursuing professional qualification in accounting with the Zambia institute of chartered accountants (ZICA).
