Our Board Members

Inonge Siluka
Founder & Director
Inonge is a Zambian Scot who is passionate about justice and supporting people facing marginalisation and inequalities and contributing to change at a systemic level. She has a background in law and theological studies and has volunteered and worked in the charity sector for over 10 years in both faith-based and secular institutions. Borna and raised in Zambia, Inonge lives in Scotland where she works as a Development Specialist at Macmillan Cancer Support. She is also a founding board member of Board Racial Diversity UK, a UK Charity that seeks to advocate for more racial diversity on UK charity and public sector boards. She hosts a radio show on Jambo! Radio in Glasgow and is actively engaged in her church.

Diana Tavaris
BOARD CHAIR
Diana is the CEO of GrowthEdge Solutions, where she supports SMEs in streamlining operations and achieving sustainable growth. She is passionate about education, mentorship, and leadership development and has pioneered a scholarship program supporting vulnerable girls in education, reflecting her deep commitment to empowerment and community transformation. Diana is also a Board Member of When Females Lead and is a certified member of the Zambia Institute of Directors. She holds a degree in Banking and Finance and is currently pursuing a masters in Project management. She loves Jesus and is dedicated to equipping others to reach their full potential.

Chabu Mulundu

Chabu is a Talent Management and Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience recruiting across the African continent. She holds a BA in Education and is currently pursuing her MBA in Human Resource Management. Chabu currently works as Recruiter-Southern Africa for an International Non-Governmental Organisation. Outside of work, she is passionate about public speaking, advancing leadership opportunities for women and caring for the vulnerable and serves in various committee and executive roles in this area. Chabu lives in Lusaka where she also serves as a Treasurer for the Hospitality Ministry at her Church.

Linda Malukutu Simbeye
BOARD MEMBER
Linda holds a degree in Public health and has previously worked in the Charity sector for several years in various roles including research, community engagement, training and capacity building. She is passionate about championing the rights of women and girls, fighting gender based violence and raising awareness of mental health. Linda lives in Ndola, Zambia with her family and serves in the women’s ministry of her Church alongside other ministries to vulnerable children and orphans. She is currently pursuing her masters in Public Health.

Stephen Mukwatu
Treasurer
Stephen is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) with over 20 years’ experience in financial management across sectors including health, real estate, government audits, sports development, investment and fintech. He brings a strong record of improving accounting systems, strengthening internal controls and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards. Beyond his professional career, Stephen is passionate about social impact and justice. He actively advocates for the rights of women and children, raises awareness on mental health, and serves in his local church as a Connection Group Leader.

Phoeby Musonda
BOARD SECRETARY
Phoeby is the co-founder of BURHT Foundation, an organisation dedicated to fostering gender equity and equality, preventing gender based violence (GBV), and empowering women, girls, and youth through legal education, trauma-informed psychotherapy, and empowerment programs. She has 12 years of experience working in the legal and international development sector, with a focus on children’s and women’s rights, gender equality and GBV prevention with a survivor centred and holistic approach. She has worked with several international non-governmental organisations including International Justice Mission and Freely in Hope. She is currently exploring what an authentic relationship with Jesus looks like for those who are hurting in her work.

Dr Precious Osadolor
Board Member
Precious is originally from Nigeria and grew up in Scotland where she now lives with her husband. She is a doctor working in the community as well as a local hospital. Outside of this, she loves tutoring medical students in a volunteer role as a medical student link for Christian Medical Fellowship. Precious is passionate about people and is keen to serve others. She has previously served as a leader in the welcoming and stewarding team at her local church.

Sikapale Chinzewe

Sikapale is a Director at ZamDev Consultancy Limited. He has over 37 years experience in public, private and civil society. He was Deputy High Commissioner of Zambia to India for six and half years, has worked as Country Director of Habitat for Humanity in Zambia and Malawi and operations Director of World Vision Zambia. He has a background and experience in education and lay ministry, with special special interest in HIV/AIDS, psycho social counselling and participatory monitoring and evaluation. Sikapale serves as Vice Chair in the Men’s Committee in his local church. He holds an MSc in Development Administration and Planning a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Mwape Mwanakatwe
Board member
Mwape is a creative strategist, writer who is passionate about mental health, abuse prevention, and women’s empowerment. With a Master’s in Horticulture, her research focused on therapeutic horticulture for abuse survivors, fostering self-efficacy and healing. She has extensive experience in branding, digital content strategy, and storytelling, using creative methods to amplify important narratives. She is committed to implementing safeguards within faith communities to prevent abuse. Mwape serves in the kids’ ministry at her church and is actively involved in a young women’s Christian organisation.
Advisory Board

Lois Chisompola Sikwenda
Lois lives in Lusaka, Zambia where she works as a Senior Research Advocate, a District Registrar and co-ordinates mediation programs at the Judiciary of Zambia. She also holds a Master of Laws degree in Dispute Resolution. She specialises in Family Law, Constitutional Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution and provides pro bono legal advice to vulnerable women in her free time. Lois is passionate about families and young people and making her home a place of ministry alongside raising her children with her husband. She is passionate about justice both from a legal and biblical perspective.

Joe Simfukwe
Joe lives in Ndola where he is involved in counselling in a wider context as well as bible teaching in his local church and beyond. He completed his primary school education in Zambia before moving to Scotland where he completed his Science degree. He went on to complete degrees in Theology and Counselling in London and Sydney respectively, after which he was involved in full time Pastoral ministry in England, Zambia and Australia for 17 years. He has been counselling for 40 years and is passionate about equipping the Church to care well for people. In addition to his lay ministry and counselling, he also provides support to a local domestic violence organisation, training Clergy.

Dr Princess Matapo
Princess lives in Mbereshi, Zambia where she is a doctor and currently works as a Senior Resident Medical Officer (SRMO) for a mission Hospital. She is a passionate gender justice activist and is a member of the Thursdays in Black Campaign of the World Council of Churches, a movement which calls for a world without rape and violence. Princess has frontline experience of dealing with victims of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) through community engagement work – especially in rural areas – and dealing with SGBV screening as a clinician.

Abby Nakalinda
Abby is a marketing professional and lecturer with extensive experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads. She holds a diploma in Business administration, a BSc in Marketing, and a MSc in Marketing and Management. Abby works as a lecturer at one of the Universities in Zambia. Outside of work, Abby is actively involved in caring for the vulnerable and does volunteer work at some orphanages in Lusaka. Abby lives in Lusaka and currently serves in women’s ministry at her church.
